- Intergenerational cycles of abuse and neglect have been broken.
- Policymakers, child welfare systems, educators, and the public understand the needs of children in the foster care system and are committed to making this a better world for our most vulnerable children and families.

With licensed foster homes and a Pediatric Mental Health Treatment and Research Center, we’re setting new standards for trauma-informed care, making sure every child and family gets the personalized care they need.

Our foster homes and Pediatric Mental Health Treatment and Research Center serve as a central space for implementing a trauma-informed model of care. We provide individualized services tailored to each child and family, ensuring they receive the right support based on their unique needs.
A Team That Covers Every Angle
We bring together experts in clinical care, social work, psychology, psychiatry, speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, and child welfare with the goal of centralizing information to better serve our clients. By working as a multidisciplinary team, we ensure children and families receive well-rounded, trauma-informed care designed for long-term success.
Innovation Through Collaboration
All Star partners with organizations like the Center of Excellence through the Tennessee Division of TennCare to bring new, evidence-based solutions to children with complex needs. We partner with the Safe Children Coalition, Centerstone, NAMI, the Florida Center, and many others to bring transformative services and resources to the children and families we serve. Our goal? To continually raise the bar for foster care services.
