All Star Staff Head to San Francisco for ACES Conference!

Founders, Dennis and Graci McGillicuddy and the ASCF staff , which include, Lucia Branton-Executive Director and Lindsey May- Director of Programs, and, Dr. Kristin Hoffman of Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, will be heading to San Francisco to attend the ACES Conference which is hosted by Dr. Nadine Burke-Harris, a nationally recognized pediatrician who has brought awareness to Adverse Childhood Experiences and the long- term effects on individuals overall physical and mental well-being.

The All Star Children’s Foundation project was invited to be featured, along with other selected programs, at the conference which will be attended by professionals around the country who work in the fields of medicine, mental and behavioral health, science and research. This 3-day conference is expected to draw in hundreds of people whose interest in ACES align with Dr. Harris’s mission to assess children as early as possible as part of their child well-being check ups so that the long-term effects of their trauma does not impact the entire life.

We are beyond excitement to have been invited to attend. We look forward to sharing photos on our next update!
