John Hoskins Jr. is CEO and owner of Sheldon Precision, LLC, a Connecticut based manufacturer of precision machined components.  He was formerly Executive Vice President and a Director of Curtis Screw Company, a 120 year old manufacturer of precision machined components for the automotive, military and medical markets.  Curtis operated in New York, North Carolina and Connecticut. 

John has led teams to triple Sheldon’s revenue from $6M in 2001 to a projected $18M in 2025. John values teamwork, transparency, openness, inclusiveness and most importantly, empowerment of employees. John uses a system of Strategy Maps, Balanced Scorecards, and A3 problem solving to help teams discover needs and empower team members to lead change and continuously improve.
